What is the purpose of the “People Count” reports?
Sarasota County is comprised of diverse and evolving neighborhoods. Every 10 years the U.S. Census counts the people in these neighborhoods – and many telling characteristics of residents and the places where they live. The “People Count” reports package this useful information in a brief and easy-to-use pamphlet so that you can carry the stories of Sarasota County’s neighborhoods in your pocket.
